I was bitten by the motorcycle bug at an early age. I had early memories of going to the track to watch my brother-in-law race enduro. At that time in my life I just couldn't wait to get my first bike which eventually led to two, three and so many more. Just like my passion for motorcycles, I started collecting motorcycle memorabilia such as signs, pins and pretty much anything with a bike on it. About twenty years ago, I received a vest worn in the Movie Hell Ride as a birthday present from my wife. This vest, I thought, was the coolest thing I had ever seen. That is when the real collection started and continues to grow. Some collectables include props from movies like Ghost Rider, Sons of Anarchy, Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man with Don Johnson and Mickey Rourke from back in the 90's. I started showing off the collection in the basement of my house but realized that I outgrew it. These items are my treasures. Treasures I want to share with the world.
If you are wondering how the name "Crazy Macaws" came about well, that is simple. On route to pick up another collection piece, we drove through this town that had a bicycle shop called "Flying Monkey". The Crazy Macaws immediately came to mind because we have two of the craziest macaws Rubes (the green Military Macaw) and Nikita (Blue and Gold).
There you have it. Crazy Macaws was created from a childhood dream. We have something here for everyone that shares an interest in coffee, tea, baked goods, movies, motorcycles, board games, socializing and simply an extraordinary experience.
That being said, welcome to Crazy Macaw's Cafe!!
